the bombing as the work of someone who “did something really stupid!”
June 25, 1996 - Khobar Towers
Just outside
the Khobar Towers barracks in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, a truck bomb exploded tearing the front from the building, blasting a
crater 35 feet deep, and killing 19 American soldiers. Hundreds more were injured.
Bill Clinton vowed to bring the killers to justice. “The cowards
who committed this murderous act must not go unpunished,” he said angrily! “Let me
say again: We will pursue this! America takes care of our own!Those who did it must not go unpunished!”
August 7, 1998 - Embassy Bomings
More than
200 people were killed, including 12 Americans when bombs exploded at U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam,
Tanzania.
Clinton said, “We will use all the means at our disposal to bring
those responsible to justice, no matter what or how long it takes. . . . We are determined to get answers and justice!”
October 12, 2000 - USS Cole
When bin Laden operatives bombed the USS Cole in Aden, Yemen. Seventeen American sailors were killed,
39 others were wounded.
Clinton called the bombing “a despicable and cowardly act”
and said, “We will find out who was responsible and hold them accountable!”

Remember, when Able Danger identified the Brooklyn Cell of Mohamed Atta, and 3 of the 9/11 highjackers, connecting them to the 1993 WTC bombing,
Clinton was so obsessed with catching terrorists he not only gave orders not

In late 1998, FBI Director Freeh went to national security adviser Sandy Berger to tell him that it appeared the FBI had enough evidence to
indict several suspects in the Khobar bombing. “Who
else knows this?” Berger asked Freeh,
demanding to know if it had been leaked to the press. Freeh said it was a closely held secret. Then Berger challenged some
of the evidence of Iranian involvement. “That’s just hearsay,” Berger said.
“No, Sandy,” Freeh responded. “It’s testimony of a co-conspirator
. . .” - Freeh thought that Berger . . . was not a national security adviser; he was a public-relations hack, interested in
how something would play in the press. After more than two years, Freeh had concluded that the administration
did not really want to resolve the Khobar bombing.
By the end of the Clinton era, Freeh
had become so mistrustful of Clinton that, although he believed he had
developed enough evidence to seek indictments against the masterminds behind the attack, not just the front-line suspects,
he decided to wait for a new administration. Just before Freeh left office, he met with new president
George W. Bush and gave him a list of suspects in the bombing. In June, attorney general John Ashcroft announced the indictment of 14 suspects: 13 Saudis and one Lebanese.

Able Danger - Timeline
Late December 1998: Data Mining Program Authorized
General Peter Schoomaker, Commander Special Operations Command (SOCOM), helps set up data mining program
labeled, Able Danger. Able Danger involved the searching out and compiling of open source or other
publicly available information regarding specific targets or tasks that were connected through associated links. The search
and compilation efforts were primarily handled by defense contractors who did not necessarily know they were working for Able
Danger. The data was then turned over to the six intelligence officers comprising Able Danger. For most of 1999, the data
gathered was related to Bosnia and China but in late 1999 Able Danger began to use real data to
fight Al-Qaeda.
Mid 1999 - Nov 1999:
LIWA Data Mining Study Causes Controversy After Connecting Prominent U.S. Figures to Weapons Purchases for Chinese Military
A report
was commissioned by Congress for the Army's Land Information Warfare Activity
(LIWA) to investigate possible Chinese front companies in the U.S. seeking technology for
the Chinese Military. The study was completed in Nov. 1999 and purportedly
showed Chinese front companies posing as U.S. corporations that acquired technology from U.S. Defense contractors. LIWA
and Able Danger became closely tied in their data mining efforts.

any correlation and depict these visually.

and Able Danger Face Trouble After LIWA Connects Prominent U.S. Figures to the Chinese Military
The General Counsel's Office in the Office of the Defense Secretary,
ordered the study destroyed (on direction of Bill Clinton and
implimented by second in charge in Clinton's justice department, Jamie Gorelick).
The strengthening of "The Wall" of separation between the U.S. intelligence services was testified
to the 9/11 Commission by Attorney General Ashcroft (See 9/11 Report).
Congressman Curt Weldon,
Vice Chairman of the House Armed Services and House Homeland Security Committees, complains to Army Chief of Staff General
Eric Shinseki who delays destruction of the report. Weldon also requests an espionage investigation
to FBI Director Louis Freeh and gets no response. The issue finally comes to a head in April of
2000. Rep. Weldon referred to this as "a wave of controversy." Members
of LIWA are forced to stop supporting Able Danger. Private contractors supporting Able Danger are also fired.

May-June 2000: Army Officer Told to Destroy
Able Danger Documents
Major
Eric Kleinsmith, Chief of the LIWA unit is ordered
to destroy all data and documents compiled by LIWA and Able Danger, by Security Command and General Council, Tony Gentry. Their efforts have identified Atta and 3 other future hijackers.
The "Brooklyn Cell" comprising approximately 2.5 Terabytes of data, about one fourth of all the
printed materials in the Library of Congress. Additionally, all the LIWA China-related
documentation is also destroyed.

May - Oct 2000: DIA Analyst Assembles Unheeded
Attack Warning
Kie Fallis, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) terrorist intelligence analyst
gathered evidence of an upcoming Al-Qaeda attack(s). His research was conducted in a similar fashion
as Able Danger and in fact, used information provided by Able Danger
regarding Al-Qaeda activities in Yemen.
Mr. Fallis
goes to his supervisor and requests as a minimum, that a general warning of potential attack
in the Middle East be issued. He hopes such a warning would put U.S.
forces on alert. He was turned down and other superiors fail to even learn of his suggested
warning. The U.S.S. Cole is successfully attacked in Yemen. In Oct.,
Mr. Fallis resigns in protest.
Sep. 2000: Able
Danger Chart
Able Danger members prepare a chart showing the "Brooklyn Cell," including
Mohamed Atta and three other 9/11 hijackers.
They present their chart at SOCOM in Tampa, Florida, with recommendations that the FBI be alerted
and that they take out the cell. Lawyers working for SOCOM prevent the
information from going to the FBI. On three separate occasions, they forced Able
Danger to cancel scheduled meetings with the FBI.
Jan 2001: Able Danger Shut Down
The Inspector General shuts the program down because of a claim they were "collecting
information on U.S. citizens." (The real reason, "The Wall!") Additionally, the new DIA Director of Operations, Gen. Ron Isler, objected to Lt.
Col. Shaffer's involvement with Able Danger and pulled him off the program helping to end
Able Danger.
May 2001 - Effort to Keep Able Danger Alive
is Unsuccessful

Scott Phillpott requests Lt. Col. Shaffer's assistance and use of DIA to present Able Danger to higher ups to try to save the program. Lt. Col. Shaffer approached his leadership in DIA for permission, and

briefing. She was one of four analysts in the U.S. Army's LIWA supporting Able
Danger in 1999 and 2000. Dr Preisser was willing to testify about
her role in how Able Danger uncovered Atta's name, etc.
In September 2005, she was prohibited from publicly testifying
before Congress regarding Able Danger.
Oct 21, 2003: 9/11 Commission Members Take
Briefing on Able Danger
Phillip Zelikow, the Executive Director of the 9/11 Commission, and two members of the commission's
staff, meet at Bagram Air Base in Afghanistan, with three individuals
doing intelligence work for the U.S. Defense Department.
Among these is Lt.
Col. Shaffer who worked on Able Danger as a DIA
representative. Shaffer briefs them on their identification of Mohamed Atta and the
3 hijackers in 1999-2000. Philip Zelikow tells Shaffer that they should
have further talks after they return to the states. The 9/11 Commission members later disavow
any knowledge of Able Danger's identification of Atta or the future
hijackers.

point Congressman Weldon was not familiar with Able Danger
however, he was familiar with LIWA because of the Chinese connection.
The 9/11 Commission ignored any requests from Rep. Weldon.

Lt.
Col. Shaffer tries to contact Philip Zelikow as requested when they met in Afghanistan.
Shaffer is told that he doesn't need to come in because Philip Zelikow
already has all the information on Able Danger. (The DOD information is not
received by the 9/11 Commission until a month later) [Government Security News,

Feb. 2004: Able Danger Material is Received
by the 9/11 Commission
The 9/11 Commission received less than one twentieth of all the data gathered by Able
Danger because the bulk of that data had been destroyed in 2000. The 9/11 Commission only

Jamie Gorelick was the Deputy Attorney General
of the U.S. under President Clinton from 1994-2001. She was the Number Two
official in the Justice Department under Attorney General Janet Reno.
In 1995, while Jamie Gorelick was the Deputy
Attorney General, she rejected advice from the U.S. Attorney
for the Southern District of New York, who warned against placing more limits on communications between law-enforcement officials
and prosecutors. Instead she put out a directive and a memorandum which
strengthened the wall between the intelligence and law enforcement services
preventing them from communicating amongst each other.
Gorelick's memo clearly indicated that the Clinton
Administration had decided to go even beyond the existing law's already stringent requirement in
order to further choke off information sharing.
The wall was strengthened to choke out the
passage of information between intelligence and law enforcement. The reason was that it created a shield for President Clinton's, Vice President Gore's, and top Democrat campaign fund raisers' acceptance of donations from operatives working for the People's
Republic of China. The wall created a roadblock
from the subsequent congressional investigations of their illegal money
raising activities.
The Gorelick memo guidelines created a firewall that protected the Clinton Administration
from the Justice Department's investigation into foreign campaign donations.
A criminal investigation was launched in 1995
but Attorney General Reno ignored calls for a special prosecutor and
instead assigned a Justice Department prosecutor, Charles LaBella, to investigate.
His conclusions to her were that the wall
was cumbersome to the investigation and that she needed to appoint a special
prosecutor. She again ignored that call. Mr LaBella after completing
his investigation identified some low level people who all pleaded to lesser charges. No one in the Clinton
Administration heirchy was charged with anything.
Jamie Gorelick's
wall was responsible for the destruction
of the Able Danger program and all of its data related to the identification
of Mohamed Atta prior to the 9/11 hijacking.

The 9/11 Commission
has earned the designation of the "Omission Commission" due to its refusal
to even consider the vast body of evidence contradicting the official
narrative of the attack. For example, the Commission decided not to hear from any of the fire fighters who witnessed the destruction
of the World Trade Center.
